A touching film captures the moments in which a golden retriever, known for its loyalty and protective nature, does not allow anyone to bother his grandmother. Dogs such as him are more than just a man’s best friend; they’re like members of the family. We do not doubt that they would go to any extremes for their human companions, even if there were no rewards in it for them.
The golden retriever quickly rushed to Grandma’s defense when her grandson attempted to steal the remote control away from her so he could change the channel on the television. It’s likely that the dog didn’t care what was being shown on the television, but he did care that it wasn’t his grandmother who was calling! The faithful dog wrested the remote control away from the grandson’s grasp and immediately handed it over to the grandmother. What a model of behavior!
That wasn’t the only thing he did, either. When Grandma started eating from a bowl of fruit, her prankster grandson immediately started up with his pranks, which included trying to take some of her food. At the very least, the golden retriever was of the opinion that this was the case. When the man started eating with his grandmother, the adorable dog was having none of it! He grabbed the man by the collar of his coat and hauled him away from the bowl of luscious pineapple so that Grandma could have it all to herself.
To our great relief, it seemed that the grandchild approached the situation with a positive attitude. Even though Grandma was never in any kind of serious danger, the golden retriever never left her side and was sure to keep a watchful eye out for any potential threats.
