Elvis has always had a unique personality. His mother felt it would be amusing to try making some movies with him because he never misses an occasion to be ridiculous. She purchased a GoPro camera as well as a specific harness for Elvis to wear with it.
She was ecstatic to try it out — but not nearly as ecstatic as Elvis, as she quickly discovered.
Elvis and his mother went outside to play one lovely day. She decided to bring out the GoPro, and Elvis knew he had to give it a shot, whether his mother was ready or not.
Elvis’ mother, Mikaela Bätz, told The Dodo, “I just showed it to him, and he took it as quickly as a shark and went off.”
The more Elvis’ mother pursued him, the faster he fled — and the GoPro was recording everything.
“I was afraid he’d chew on it, so I’m racing around like a crazy person,” Bätz explained.
Elvis ran and ran and ran, recording the funniest movie he could think of as he went, and when he decided to pause for a second his mother caught up with him, and he was off again!
Elvis began to slow down after some more running, and his mother was finally able to sneak up on him and reclaim the GoPro — after a little tug-of-war, of course.
Although he stole it and led her on a wild goose chase, Bätz was overjoyed that Elvis was enjoying his new GoPro so much, and hoped that he would ultimately learn how to use it properly.
