The heartwarming tale of a group of orphaned puppies who found a companion and protector in the most unlikely of characters. Andrea, a foster home and member of “second Possibilities Rescue,” took in three puppies that had been abandoned in the PetSmart parking lot a few years before.
Andrea brought the cubs in and raised them, though she needed some time to acclimatize to her new surroundings. Andrea was also caring for another rescue pet, an eighty-year-old Sulcata Tortoise named Goliath. She rapidly noticed a link between her rescue dogs and the old tortoise and the young cubs, which at first seemed weird.
And one of the puppies became gone one day… She soon found that all of the cubs enjoyed snuggling with their turtle pal and that it seemed to provide the fearful puppies a sense of security.
This is adorable, but the combination seems odd! They will not receive any warmth in this manner.
Loyalty and devotion can take many forms. Everything revolves around animals!!!
I hope they found a new place to live.
