On October 1, a young boy went missing in Saint Louis, Missouri. He was recovered safe and sound, but it wasn’t the cops who discovered him first; it was a protective stray pit bull dog.
According to FOX 2, Kh’amorion Taylor left his family’s home and spent the morning in his pajamas walking the streets of the North City neighborhood. During that moment, he was approached by a stray pit bull.

A neighbor was out walking her two shih tzus at 8:00 a.m. when she observed the youngster, who was barefoot and in his pajamas, strolling around the neighborhood alone, save for a massive, black pit bull who appeared to be guarding the boy.
The neighbor, who prefers anonymity, began knocking on doors right once, looking for the boy’s parents. The tiny child appeared to be healthy and well-cared for, and he had just decided to go for a walk on his own. She stated, ” “I went up and down the street knocking on doors. No one answered the door when I knocked, and those who didn’t recognize the child.”
The neighbor, the boy, and the pit bull traveled up and down the street for the next few hours, looking for the parents or anyone who recognized the child. Finally, the boy’s father discovered his missing son on a social media post, indicating that the work had paid off.

Police had arrived by that time, and the boy’s father had hurried to his side. The boy seems unmoved by his misfortune and kept saying, “puppy,” referring to the pit bull that had been watching him the entire time. “We must stick together, that we help one another, and that we return to the things that our grandparents and their community used to do,” the neighbor told FOX 2. “That we create a sense of belonging.”
Fortunately, everyone was safe and sound at the end of the narrative. Even better, the police department is rumored to be considering adopting the stray pill bull.
